Video conferencing makes attending meetings while working from home feasible. You don't need to reschedule the meeting or ask for materials afterwards. You can also turn your microphone and camera off and on. You don't need to show the room.
After using technology to work from home, the number of people who thought they couldn't do their work whilst working from home dropped from 26.5% to 18.8%.

Video conferencing is not only useful for working from home, it's also useful when there are no meeting rooms available, or when the meeting location is very far away.
Fostering a culture where people can attend meetings remotely will make everyone comfortable about working from home. It will also improve work efficiency.
